Hello there!
I totally adore this piece! I mean it reminds me of my favorite game series "Legend of Zelda"
This rupee or emerald has a great style to it, Its like from a cartoonish world and someone is recalling an old memory. And what you have drawn is what that memory piece is!
I love the colors and different materials you used, It may look simple but the amount of work you put into it is just splendid!
Obviously with everything good of course you can work on some things, to my suggestion I love the style but I think you can do with defining the lines a bit more to make it seem hard-cut. Add some white tones to try some of that reflective look and make it stand out that its a gem and not so much a rock. Basically itll make it seem filled with life!
